bug looking things

I have bugs in the water! I dont know what they are can someone help? will thay harm or help my tank ? It has been running for about 2 months and I have one Damsel right now
ok well thay come out of my live rock and live in my crushed corel thay come up from the bootom whrn i feed and eat the food thay look like a little shrimp or something dont know !

Bugs? Can you be any more general?
Anyway, most "bugs" are a good thing that come on your live rock and live in the sand bed.
Maybe a little more specific description in size, color, when you see them, where you see them, is in order.

Agree we need more info... are they little white things? Could be copepods... which is a good thing!
