Bugs and crap in my water.

There is all this slimy strings coming off my coral. It's everywhere! And specks of white/brown crap in the water, and on the rocks. My live rocks looks gray. Like dust is on them.
Would a clean up crew of blue leg hermit crabs and snail help?
Also there's fleas on my tank! Well brown needle size bugs. Like mico brown grains of rices. And a white worm too. And last bug not least, I saw a gray shirmp thing running across the sand bed.
I don't want to get bugs infection!

btw it's a 12 gallon

It doesn't look like a bristle worm, larva thing small.

First off it sounds like you are starting to go through the algea stages and have diatoms. This is normal for a young tank and will cease in a little while. The "bugs" you see are likely pods. After some time they'll dwindle in the open and only live somewhere within your live rock or any macro-algea you may have. And the stringy stuff you see is likely caused by a type of worm called a spaghetti worm. It's their way of catching detritus and fallen food, sorta like the way a feather duster worm does.
The first two are just signs that your tank is not mature and they will cease. The worms won't hurt anything and will be fine.
