Well im looking at my glass and im seeing little pods off the reflection of the sun, theres dozens of them just crawling on the walls of the tank are these good?

Yes. While there are a few pest pods, you are most likely seeing good ones.

I saw one jump off the wall of the tank and start swimming to the middle of the tank

Most pods are generally not good swimmers.

What do they look like? How big are they?

There like the size of a pin head some a little bigger

Copepods, or common amphipods. We all have them, no worries.
