Bugs??

This morning I saw a silver/white bug running around on my lr. It was really fast and I saw when I first turned on the lightsand have not seen it all day. Anyone ever see anything like this before? Is it harmful?

probably not harmful. introduction of lr can have your tank of all sorts of creatures. a fish will probably find it and make a meal out of it..

sounds like it may be a pod of somesort, they are a great benefit, 1)they are food, and 2)they help to clean up the garbage(left over food and fesces)
i am always happy when i actually sppot them, because, i often wonder if my fish have depleted my supply

Thier copods very fast only come out at night but if you get enough maybe you will be able to keep manderine fish.Your tank could be maturing.They arecoming from the live rock
