I'm planning on building a large 300 gallon tank, for a shark, ell,etc. all glass is quite expensive, so I have heard of the half plywood, half glass tank. has anybody had success with it? how did you do it?

I wish you the absolute best - I don't have the "huevos" to try it....please keep us updated - I would love to see pictures of progression on a tank that size.
