Bulging Eye

I have a black/white clown for 5 years he just delevoped a left bulging eye about twice the size of his other one. Haven't introduced any new fish and water tested OK. Clown is eating OK. What med's should I start him on.

You can not add medications to your display tank. Do you have a quarantine. What are your water readings?

I had the same problem with a fish. The swelling went away after a couple of days. I believe the fish scraped his eye on a rock.
You could also do a search for Popeye...that is what it is called. hope this helps.

Can you please post your exact water readings for ammonia, nitrite, NITRATE, ph, sg, and temp? What do you feed them?

The questions that I asked need to be answered. They are contributing factors to popeye.
