i have a damsel and his one eye is bulging out what should i do?

i am postive that it is "popeye" get treatment for it

do you know how they get this disease. will the other fish in the tank get infected. how do i get ride of it?

There are a few reasons why fish might get popeye. That is why I was asking you to post up the extra info, so that we might try to figure out what the root cause is.
This disease is generally not a contagious issue and can be treated with antibiotics.
