We Are Fairly New. Have 45 Gallon Tank And Had It All Perfect And Doing Well, Got A New Fish And Got Ich Throughout. No Sick Tank Set Up And Lost All Except For Nemo, Corals, And Invert. Now Purchased Kromis And They Were Ok In The 45 Someone Gave Us A Powder And Now It's Eyes Are Puffy/bulging? Is It Something Throughout The Tank And/or Is It Just Coincidence? I Cannot Seem To Treat The Tank Because I Have No Where To Put All My Live Rock And The Med For Ich And Others Will Hurt The Rock And Invert... Please Help...!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as a host fish remained in the system the parasites are most likely still present in the system.
Bulging eyes or Pop Eye is caused by disease, poor water quality or injury. Often a large water change will help if it is casued by poor water quality.
If that is a Powder Blue or Brown Tang your ysstem is too small to house the animal for a long period of time. Possible stress from cramped quarters can bring on disease if disease is present in the system.
I would look for visble signs of disease. and also do a large water change. You need to test all your parameters first to make sure they are within acceptable limits.
Tangs require plenty water movement and plenty greens in the diet. Your options are limited if you cannot move to a QT tank.
Try feeding garlic and vitamin soaked foods, maintain water quality within acceptable limits, keep your temp around 82 and keep stress to a minimum.
There are some reef safe treatments for disease but in my opinion they are ineffective against disease and have no scientific evidence or studies/tests that supports their claims
