Bulkhead Fitting?

How much gph will i get if i add a 1/2" bulkhead to the side of the tank? Im looking at a eheim pump with a little under 200gph flow rate at 4ft to shoot the water back to the tank. Im thinking of adding a 10 gallon sump under the tank.

Gravity feed through a 1/2" bulkhead isn't going to be very much. Your maximum flow wouldn't even be 150 GPH. Also, bear in mind that your bulkhead is never fully submerged, so it would be far less than 150 GPH. It's like Suidd alludes to, you're really not going to increase flow all that much.

well its a 25 gallon acrylic hexagon so i just wanted to add a 1/2" or 3/4" maybe i dont know im trying to put a sump down below

If it's just a nano, then you'd get enough flow through a 3/4" bulkhead.
