I finally got a sump for my 120 gallon reef tank and can`t find a drain hose anywhere to fit! tried home depot,rona and a few other places.
the tank is bottom drilled and the outside diameter of the bulkhead is 1 and 3/4 inches which is too big.
I finally lost it and ripped the bulkhead out which was siliconed to death!
what size outside diameter bulkhead am I best off using this time?
my pump is rated to 1000 gph but can be turned down.
I may want to use a durso standpipe later as I hear they are quiet.
