Any thoughts on bumblebee snail in with polyps and mushrooms??

I have bumblebees in my reef with no problem, if that is your question.

Okay, i have a 1 gal pico, would this be an issue with this snail and the polyps??

Bumblebees are not algae eaters, they are carnivores, and good at eating left over food, dietrus, or dieing fish, coral etc.
If the food has landed on the polyps, then they may appear to be eating the polyps, but not so.
However, if the polyps are dieing, then they may be cleaning up the ones that are.
I say this because I had a small zoa cluster that only some where not adapting well in the tank, and the bumblebees were quick in clearing out the ones that were not strong, but left the ones that were. They haven't touched them since, this was easily a year ago. And the zoas are going strong.
I would trust them in a reef set-up.

Thanks alot for all the replies. I think they are just so neat looking but wanted to make sure they would not touch anything.

Will they not eat other types of snails?

I never had any probs with them except they get covered with coraline and losee their bee look

mine i never see. they hide in the live rock until night i guess. i've never seen one in the daylight in over a year- just something to consider.
