A burrfish is another name for a Spiny Box Puffer. There is a pic of one on this sites fish section. They look like little porcupines.
According to the compatability list I usually go by, lionfish will get along with puffers, so they should be okay. According to the size recommendations there should also be no problems, but that is just from what I have read.

This will just depend on the puffer, it may be fine but keep an eye on the puffer, if you see any nipped fins on the lion or any sign of harassment than separate. Never get to comfortable with the mix, what may not happen today, can all change with maturity.

i agree, most puffers will work but theres always the bad ones that r fin pickers
