Butterfly Question

I want to know if a Golden Stripe Maroon Clown and a Racoon Butterfly will get along Ok

They should, as long as you have a large enough aquarium, a very established tank, and a ton of live rock for the racoon to be happy.
However, with your nitrates at 30, a racoon will most likely perish, as they do not tolerate nitrates very well at all.
