No problem Cooperbands love everyone
If you put in Coral it might pick a little at some polyps but thats because it's trying to get to the algae around it.

Sorry to pop your bubble, but copperbands and yellow tangs don't always get along. Some people have no problems with them together and others have to take one or the other out due to fighting; usually from yellow tang. The regal tang should be fine with it. 450lt is about 117gallons give or take...
, which would be ok for all three of them.

"My Yellow tang is killing my Copperband"
Is one of the most popular threads on saltwater fish forums. Even in larger tanks as mentioned, it does not work out some times. If you have access to another tank or somewhere you can put the yellow tang while the Copperband adjusts, this will help your chances.
450L/117gals is probably enough for now, assuming all the fish are smaller. However the Regal tang will eventually outgrow that size tank. I have no idea why something like 55gal was mentioned. That would be a nightmare.

I don't get the negativity I had a yellow Tang and a copperband for two years and they got along fine
they where in my 55G... which by the way I was just asking to make sure the tank he has was at least that big

Thats cool

I lost my 55 to an Ice storm in Dec of 08. We lost power for 3 days and I didn't have a generator, I tried to move everything to my daughters tank but all I could save was a couple of the leathers and a few fish
