Butterfly

I recently lost a butterfly. It was in quarantine doing great for 3 weeks. Then it started acting funny one day hiding behind a rock. I saw no white spots etc. Came home after work the next day fish was dead and it was red instead of yellow. It looked like it hemorrhaged. Any suggestions on what happend? I am stumped. Prior to that no sign of disease.

What kind of butterfky fish? Was your tank medicated? was he eating fine? Are you sure the rock did not fall on him? WE need more info

SEMILARVATUS, all the water parameters were fine. When I noticed him acting strange I checked everything PH,nitrate etc. When I say strange I mean he was not swimming around as usual. This fish was very active and eating great. The quarantine tank is 29 gallons. I have a penquin 330, some live rock and a prism skimmer on it.
