buying a nikon 2100

What do you think of this camera. I see it on ---- for a reputable seller. I am hoping to get the whole setup for $300-$330. comes with a 128 card, two batt packs with a charger, case, and some other little things.

The only thing I see that it might be good is the memory card... they are a bit expensive.
