Buying a Tank Advice...

Ok I know the rules are you can't post a competitors website but since SWF doesn't sell aquariums, how can I safely ask everyones input on where to buy a tank? Sure seems like there is a huge markup of tanks in your LFS.
Anyone out there that knows a ton about Saltwater tanks want to be my mentor for a dozen or so dumb PM's?

PM's have teh same rules as the board and admin looks at them from time to time.
as far as tanks there are many different manufactures out there like tenecor glasscages, aga, oceanic etc.. just do a search for some of those.
BTW SWF.com does sell some tanks just smaller ones that are easy to ship.

Buy a used tank if possible, in good shape of course.

Well I'm definately getting one that is 90+, most likely 120+. Not something SWF does but I understand...

you might do better with one that size to buy local really depends on the shipping costs that are going to be associated with the tank. most are shipped by freight trucks so you will have an 18 wheeler pull up with the tank in it and you will have to figure out how to get it off the truck and in the house. LOL
