buying food from market

I was wondering if anyone buys seafood from the supermartet and if so what and is it safe to do that. thanks

why would you have doubts that it is not be safe?

I do, and yes it is safe, I buy pre packaged seafood medely.

that has alway been my first choice in foods for my guys, I know what I am feeding. Not so sure of flake or other "labled" fish food, I also buy seaweed paper they use for sushi rolls to supplement feed my foxface

I also buy fresh sea foods from the supermarket for my fish because I know whats going in my own fish food that I make and I also add nori seaweed.
