buying in bulk

If I do large water changes and test my water often (e.x. 2-3 times a day) would it be possible to add most of my (5 of the 7) fish at the same time
I plan on doing this to curb agression and try to save money
I would add 2 damsels and a couple coral frags to help with the nitrogen cycle but would this be enough?

Are you saying you want to cycle your tank with a couple of damsels?
Please don't. It's stressful to the fish, and you will have a heck of a time getting the mean little buggers out when they get aggressive. And they will.
I dunno.....seems to be that adding 5 un-quarantined fish to a tank at the same time is just begging for an ich outbreak. I assume you're getting these fish from an online vendor, and you're trying to save on shipping?

Im not cycling the tank (I have already done that) I am just trying to increase the amount of benificial bactiria in my system
yes they are damsels but they are yellowtails and I have kept them before
and yes I am getting them from SWF

I might be missing out on something here, but could you lay it out for us, what exactly you are trying to do? Cause I see you want 5-7 fish, what are they? What is the deal with the damsles? I'm really confused as to what your exact outcome you want........

Kind of a broad question. Depends on the species of clownfish, and the type of anemone you want. Most perculas or ocellaris clowns are captive bred and may not host any anemone at all (they don't NEED to), and some species of anemones, such as condys, do not usually allow any clowns to host anyway.
When it comes to the clowns, what species are they? Hopefully they're the same species, yes?

Never add that many fish at once, two small fish such as Damsels OR a couple of clowns and some coral is fine. Damsels are so mean you have to keep only fish that can hold their own with those little devils. Adding 5 of seven fish is absolutly a no, no. What about a QT, are you going to risk your entire system and not even quarantine? You don't know what greif is until you have ich in a reef tank.
This is not a hobby to try and cut corners to save money, the cheap comes out expensive in the end.
