Buzzzz sound!

ok so there are threads about this but i wanted to just start a fresh one.
i have the water movement almost silent with an exception of the occasional gurgle, which brings me to my problem. now the pumps are loud and annoying, which is weird because theyre quiet pumps. i think a lot of it has to to with vibration. i was thinking about lining the inside of the stand with marine carpet (like whats used on boat decks) but are there any other things i can do?????

i was thinking putting a layer of the marine carpet between the stand and sump too to reduce vibrations
and i have a case built around the back to enclose the plumbing that is touching the wall, is that a transfer problem for the vibrations?
