What type of a clown is it? What is the size of your tank and what else do you have in there? Water parameters?

p.h.-8.0 trying to bring it up
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
nitrate-0
temp.-75
the other 2 fish seem to be acting normal swimming around and the clown fish jus sits in his corner pretty much he is a ocellaris.

How did you acclimate him?
I wouldnt say that this is "usuall" behavior for a happy, healthy, clown that is comfortable in its environment. My clown swims all over his 24 gallon tank and is very comfortable now, but he has been in there since July. I would say your clownfish is probably just getting used to the tank. He might even be intimidated by the other fish so make sure they arent bullying him into the corner or anything.
Also, is your clownfish eating?

As long as he is eating, I wouldnt be too worried. He should come around. Do you have any corals or areas for him to hide in? Maybe he feels exposed....

he is starting to swim he will swim to the opposite side and then goes back so maybe he does feel exposed and i have to frags and i wanna get some more corals.
