calcium meter

tried posting on the equipment board but no responces.,so will try here.
is calcium measurement critical in artificial reefs?
what calcium meter to purchase?

yes most definatly to both LR and corals. You will want to keep it around 450 and a great tester is the salifert calcium test kit.

thanks for responce.
rather than a "strip kit" it is my desire to
have an electronic type-both,probe as well
as an inline monitor.
could you comment on this?
