Calcium Question

We recently added button polpys and a long tenacle anemone yesterday. We tested the calcium and it was at 350. So we added Tropic marine calcium to raise it 35ppm. So while it says to raise it over a couple days. My question is what do you addd when you do your water changes with disstilled or R/o water. It has no calcium do you add stuff to your R/o water before adding it to the tank? If so what?

I use Kent Marine turbo calcium when i wanna fast rise the calcium level. As for water changes i add Kent Marine liquid calcium. This is just my way.
