Is it OK to have the calcium reactor running while the return pump is off for 10 min.? I'm not sure if it's dangerous that the effluent from reactor is going to drop ph and raise alk. to dangerous levels in sump. I suppose it will get diluted back to normal once return pump is running again. The flip side is I can also have the controller turn off the CO2 solenoid whenever return pump is off. Anyone have any suggestions or am I overthinking it and should just leave reactor running. Thanks
