Can anyone give me a quick rundown on these additives? Why I need them, how do I know if I need them, that kind of thing. I saw the guy at the local fish store putting iodine in the tanks but I dont know why. I have my tank and all equipment but I am trying to learn as much as I can before I set it up. I am an experienced pond and freshwater aquarium keeper(KOI and ornamental goldfish) but there are many things as far as water chemistry that do not seem to translate from freshwater to saltwater. Someone please let me know about these additives. Thanks
