calcium supplement question

For the first time i started adding calcium to my tank. Will running activated carbon 24/7 take the calcium out of the water?

Don't forget about Alkalinity, it's even more important than Calcium for skeleton building corals.

you mean adding alk supplements? i test for alk and i have the amount i was told that is good.
