Kent Turbo Calcium is a good brand. You dont really need to buy any coraline "booster". It grows quickly in good calcium and alkalinity levels, which is what you're already doing.

Rev,
Hi! Provided your calcium is low, I have heard a lot of folks use B-Ionic for dosing. You can also dose Kalkwasser. If you do a search for it you will probably find a ton about it. Some people use pickling lime to create kalkwasser but I have found that they are usually the more experienced among us.

thanks folks.Well, according to my test kit my calcium level is 400.Which I think is good for a FOWLR.AND as an extra bonus,I am starting to see my base rock with 'lil purple spots!!!!
I was getting nervous about my base rock not turning (thinking it was a calcium level thing)

Certainly nothing wrong with a calcium of 400.......HOw is your alk? IMHO if you have correct levels or at least in the range of recomended levels of clacium, and the alk is within the recomended range and ph coraline will grow and do fine all without any so called supplements or additives.........I rely on water changes for any trace minute minerals that may be needed and only use B-Ionic. My coraline is coming in a very light shade of lavender on my rock and on my glass its the typcial pink purple color.
