Calcium test

I Have a 125 gal tank with fish, live rock and some coral I've been testing the calcium with Kwik-kit tester and was getting low calcium reading (360) I was adding calcium and ph buffer to bring the reading up it seem to be working well (450). I went to get a new calcium test kit and was told that Salifert Ca profi test was a much better test kit so I bough it. when I tested my water with this kit it read the calcium at 540 so I tested the water with the the first test kit it read low 360 when I ask my lfs about this they told me the new test kit should be the right answer because of the salt Im using (Oceanic salt) they say is high in calcium. Now I'm not sure what reading to go by so I don't know if I should add calcium or not.... Could someone tell me what test kit I can trust...

First, I suggest you post this in the reef forum :)
Secondly, what is your pH and alkalinity? You do not want to be messing with calcium, without following pH and alkalinity as they are closely related.
IMO, your salifert test is more likely to be accurate. Take a sample to the LFS and have them test it as well.
