calcium won't go up

Hey guys, I have a serious problem with my calcium levels. Its a 1 year old tank and I have never been able to get my calcium above 320-340. my ph is 8.0-8.2 consistently, my kh runs consistently 10-12 drops and I haven't tested alkalinity. I do use a superbuffer from kent regularly, I have added calcium every day for a month straight and still no increase. My LFS said I should start a dosage of magnesium. I have and still no increase in calcium. Any suggestions would be great!!

BTW,JacknJill...I love your Avitar. I just added a small ABT 2 weeks ago. I've had diff tangs for 20+ years but never had one of these guys before. Its the best alage eater I've ever had. If I could I'd take em out of the tank and give him a big kiss
