Calcium

I just read that I need to be adding calcium to my tank once a week. Is this true ?

First, you need to test your calc. It should be around 400 to 450. Also, what do you have in your tank?
Its kinda a good idea to never add anything until you are testing for it, and you know that you need it.

Very good advise. You only need to supplement calcium if you have corals and your water changes aren't supplying enough calcium.
