what do u guys do when ur calcium is high do u let it come down on its own or add anything.

i do water changes and its still high i think it has to do with my salt i use ocenic salt and the calcium is really high i have 3 corals right now star poylps, ricordia, and a pagoda all doing fine but for some reason calcium is high cant figure it out everything else is fine.

What is your calcium level...what test do you use...do you test alkalinity/ph/magnesium....do you use any supplimental additives?

right now calcium is about 500 i use red sea reef test kit and i use seachem products like there buffer and stuff and my ph is 8.3 alk is fine.

If you raise your alk your calcium will come down. I wouldnt go over 10 dkh for your alk and raise it slowly. What is your alk? Your calcium isnt all that high.
