Cali rays

I got a new cali ray. I am posting cuz this cali has different coloration than my other cali. It has small spots all over the body. The guy at the store said it was a coral callifornia stingray. Heres a pic.

blue spots or just tiny black spots? if tiny black spots they do get those.but the blue dots is not a cali ray.
