Calling all Sailfin Tang Owners...

Just bought a Sailfin tang (about 4-5" body, not fins) tonight, FINALLY!
I'm just looking for peoples opinions on what they feed, how much, and how often. I've read some very differing ideas on this topic on different forums/sites so I'm throwing out there to see what you guys think. So far it's eating everything I throw at it, the prepared frozen angelfish food, seaweed on a clip, and mysis shrimp. It's a beautiful fish and I want to make sure it gets what it needs the best way it can. My Coral Beauty Angelfish is a PITA and doesn't eat what she's supposed to (she'd rather eat my $50 fish!) so all suggestions are welcome for her as well. She doesn't nip at coral though, which is a plus.

I have a sailfin but no angels. I feed rods complete reef twice a day and I throw in some nori on a clip about three times a week.

they are a great fish lots of personality , we got ours about a year and half ago and went from about 2 1/2" now to about 5 or 6" feed ours sea weed, myisis and flake food, she will go nuts when she sees me get the food out and times she will lay on her side and beg wanting fed when i walk up to the tank, our coral beauty will try and bully our 3 to 4" chevron tang and some time will split her fin but a day or 2 and its healed up .
congrats on the new fish and i know you will enjoy yours as we do ours
