I am thinking of replacing my 3 year old 2.1 megapixel cybershot camera with something new. I kinda like the Canon PowerShot SD110 is it any good? Anyone have one? What other camera would you recommend. Perferrably something I can get at bestbuy from 250-300 bucks (If its at least 250 I get 12 month no interest with my BB card)

I just got a Minolta Z1. It's OK but Macro isnt quite up to aquarium photography. I plugged camera models into google. Bizrate was pretty good. They had store price comparisons and lots of buyer feedback(pro/con). You can find good prices there, just watch out for the  icons next to the store feedback. Usually can't go with the lowest price. Anyone got a Cannon EOS 10D they'll sell for a reasonable 20 bucks?:D

I recommend looking into Nikon's Coolpix line. They do amazing macro photography. I have a old CoolPix 995. Can probably get one for maybe $300-400 now. http://spline9.deviantart.com/gallery/ All those pics in that gallery are with that cam (havent updated since I got the aquarium). I guess I should add some soon.
MorayM gives good advice on checking out dpreview.com. They have very in-depth reviews on the cameras with sample galleries to see the cameras capabilites.
Another good resource is photo.net. If you plan on shopping online (or elsewhere), there is even a (user based) review section on vendors as well as products. Heck, you might even find a good cam in the classefieds (people get reviewed, too!).
Good luck!

Check out the "our Critters" photos. These were all taken with the Canon Eos Digital Rebel. A lot more money (approx $1000) than you want to spend, but well worth the price for the pictures you get out of it.

konica minolta z2 4.0. i'm a semi professional photographer and i love this camera. it has an advanced macro mode that the Z1 doesn't have and runs about $320.
