Can 2 fish be quarantined together?

I have 2 smaller tangs both showing signs of ick, can i put them both in the hospital tank and perform hyposalinity on them at the same time?
I have a refractometer. And right now there is only a very small power head in the hospital tank, ill need to pick up a cheap little filter.
I just dont want these 2 to die.

Yes, do it quickly!!! As long as you're treating them for the same thing it's ok. Outside that, what choice do you have anyways?

Any other fish that have been exposed to ich?
Add some sand from your main tank to the QT. Do only target feeding to keep uneaten food from decaying on the bottom of the tank, and be sure to keep close tabs on pH as pH can drop significantly during hyposalinity.
