Can a Hermit crab live with a moray?

Just bought a large hermit. Picking up a small chain moray Monday. Are the two destined to clash?? Thanks

i have 4 hermits crabs with my moray and all has been well. when they do bump into each other the hermit just hides in it's shell ,them the moray just leaves it alone and swims away.. i dont know how the big hermit would do tho. but i think Grouperhead
is right...

I personally had a chain moray eel and it methodically hunted out EVERY hermit I had. It would either get the hermits when they molted OR just flip over the shell and wait for the hermit to try and correct itself.
