I was hoping someone might know what this is growing in my refugium.
It's on the acrylic ledge next to LRR, is it an Aiptasia? :notsure:

I don't know about bad, but they do take over quite easily. I personally don't like the look of them. One of our LFS has them in their tanks and sell them too. They are everywhere.

Sorry guys, but I don't have Cyano bacteria. I have live rock rubble with Coraline algae, and my refuge is a Trigger System, that has red acrylic on the top, and with the light above, it might look as Cyano. If you are referring to the green, that was a bit of seaweed that was sucked down from the main tank.

Here is a photo of the refuge. The anemone is very tiny 1cm in length, the photos above were taken on a macro setting.
