can anyone help me with a ballast question?

i have a 5ft. light (sun day vho-140w)
and a 5ft. light super actinic/vho-1
does anyone know what kind of a ballast do i need?

use the same lights 4 140watt VHOs, I use 2 Icecap 660s, 1 for 2 bulbs

i agree, ice cap makes the best ballasts for fish tanks. They are electronic ballasts so they are a little more expensive than the electromagnetic, but they are much quieter and more efficient.
