Can anyone identify this?

This was stuck in a piece of live rock. I did not notice it when I bought the rock a few months ago. I recently got more live rock and moved some things around. This was in the piece of rock in a hole. It was kind of sticking out. Didn't know what to think about it but then today it is on another rock. It appears to me that it fell out of the rock it was in and is bottom heavy so is just kind of wobbling around where it landed. Any ideas??

Hard to tell from pic. I would say a small clam of some sort, unless that pink fuzzy stuff is part of it. Then, I don't know!
Can you get a different angle??

Could be an egg pod? %% Judging by the flake food next to it, I would say it's too small for a shark egg pod.(at least the ones I have seen were around 3-4 inches)

Some sort of bivalve. Looks like a mussel to me. Or perhaps a razor clam.
