can anyone please help me?

i have a cup coral that ive had for about a month or 2 now and it still wont open. its really bugging me and i dont know why. can anyone help me?
here is a pic of it about a month ago and the second pic is of it today.

please help!

What are your water parameter? Temp, Salinity, pH, Alkalinity, Calcium, etc..

In addition to what mudplayerx said if your params are good,try moving it to a different location.It may be a lighting or flow or both issue.

ive tried moving it from where the fox coral is, where the star polyps are, and now where it is. thats why im at a loss. when i bought it from the store it looked amazing...

Your salinity seems low. Needs to be at least 1.024, and I would suggest 1.026

I also believe that there are a number of these Turbinaria sp. some of which show the polyp extension and some that do not. Not surd which yours is just some more info.

i just took a look. when i bought it from the store, it looked exactly like the gren pagoda on that site.
