Can anyone point me in the right direction as to fraging this leather?

He is just getting huge and I would like to frag him for trades and such. This is my first atempt to frag anything so any advice would help a lot. such as where to cut and with what to cut it with. I have LR rubble to place the frags on already. You can click on the image for a larger view. :help:

just cut with a new razor blade. take it out of the water, I use a large flat bowl. cut in the crooks between the fingers or one whole section off, and the divide. dont really know how to explain.
