Can anyone see my tank?

If there a tab up top that says "single". If so...click on that. You might be prompted to accept ActiveX control.

it says that the page cannot be displayed...it says nothing about activeX...

Yes I can see it click on Single and then install what it asks you.... pretty cool !!

It's a panasonic BL-C30A wireless netcam.

Yes, the software came with the netcam and Panasonic provides the hosting website for free.
