I agree on the damsel body shape, but not with the sargent major -- they have fewer stripes. (unless there are different varieties of Sgt. Majors out there) I think Sgt. Majors have three or four black stripes and yellow in the white part of the stripes.

My bet would be on a sergeant major damsel fish variety as the number of stripes do vary. Attached is a pic of one.
