Can anyone tell me what this Is?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what these two things are. A. I have several of these growing around. B. this little guy will stick out like 4 legs and he will go back into the rock there are two of these that I have found. Please some one tell me if these are bad or good. Here is the photo.

Well "B" looks like the arms of a serpent star. They are starfish that help keep your tank clean by eating leftovers and dead things. You can try to temp it to come out by using a piece of shrimp or scallop meat. And you should try to feed it once a week anyway. They can be aggressive towards fish if hungry.
Not sure about the other algae, but check your nitrate and phospate levels so they don't spread throughout your tank.

Also, looking at your full tank shot, are those plants real in the background or fakes??

actually the plants are coral i bought from a store. I will try to tempt him out. One other thing I noticed on the rock is a little guy that will go in and out and he has like a small rock that he pulls over the hole when he goes in then you will see the rock move over then he pops back out.

I'm no expert but it looks to me that what looks like plants is actually live rock covered in hair algae.
