Can Corraline die?

when i moved my tank, i washed it out with freshwater and cleaned all the green algae out of it but left the corraline. a few days later its turning a light green/cream color? is it dieing?

Once coralline is exposed to air it can begin to change color or die... however, it usually comes back.

It is toast. I have moved my tank so many times, and every time the corraline was exposed to air, it died.

Freshwater will also quickly kill it off.
