can fish get Scars from ich??

my tomato clown came down with ick. I proceeded to treat him with copper.. its been 25 days and he has appeared to have over come the parasite. for the past couple of weeks he shows no sign of having ich. However I have notice what appears to be two little scars on his tail fin. I doesn't appear to be fungus or a parasite. it just looks like a scar on a human would look. Is it possible for ich to cause a scar??

Most definately can. Parasites live off of fish tissue, thus leaving wounds at the site of entry. Sometimes tail area wound sights are the most prominent--scar tissue.
