45 tall, I was wondering if it would be smart to add a fish to my tank? I would love to add a hippo tang, but i know it wouldn't be smart, and i know your not even supposed to have a yellow tang in a 45 but he does just fine and there are plenty of places for him to swim behing, under or above, and loves his other tankmates, I had a clarkii in there but took him out cause he was beating up on the clowns and maybe thought it was overcrowding but i think it was cause of competition for the anemone once i got that. what do you guys think a good suggestion would be? thanks a lot
2 yellowtail Damsels
2 Ocellaris Clownfish
1 yellow tang
1 purple lobster

I agree that your tank is maxed out. No more fish, especially tangs. Are you keeping coral too? I saw you had an anemone, but such a huge load of fish would make keeping your coral and anemones much more difficult. If you could put the yellow tang in the 90 and try something like a yellow eye or scopas, they don't get quite so big, although 45 tall is still a tight living space for any type of tang.
