IMO, you could do a small goby, such as a yellow watchman, or some other type of shrimpgoby.

If your filtration is adequate I would think you could get away with another small bioload fish. Firefish comes to mind.

I have a whole bunch of shrimp, hermits, crabs etc... with 15 fish in a 46 gallon tank. They have been doing well for a long long time. I think some people here go a little overboard with x number of fish per gallon etc... Its about the bioload. With a new tank you should have less fish, get your tank established, do water changes and keep your bioload small.
2 neon gobies
2 barnacle blennies
2 red-headed gobies
2 hi-fin gobies
1 jawfish
1 firefish
1 watchman goby
1 algae eater blenny?
3 green chromi damsels.
CC substrate ,emperor double biowheel.
I dont recommend my setup to others but over TIME if you see your levels are always good and fish are doing well you can adjust your bioload slightly. If I had big fish in my tank, I wouldnt have more then 3.
