The "small" Picasso isn't going to small very long. I know there are many success stories of lions & triggers; but I just don't trust any but the most docile triggers around lions. Their flowing fins are tempting targets and the lion is really defenseless against faster, aggressive fish. I just don't think lions should be considered "aggressive" in the 1st place; but, that's a whole new discussion. Lions won't bother anything they can't swallow whole and triggers have the teeth to tear and shred. But, depending on the individual fish, there are plenty of exceptions. One thing about triggers is that they can be quite civilized, sometimes for years...then they go postal and attack anything they can. I once had a "small" Picasso (maybe 2") that almost killed a 6" harlequin tusk within minutes of being put in the tank.
