Can I Anemone?

I've heard nems can live under t5 so does that mean one will be fine under 4x110w vho on a 60g?

I know they can live under MH , VHO and T-5's but it matters on what type of nem you are going to get. I know Ritters need MH from what I have read about them they will move right under the light, as for BTA's and LTA's im pretty sure you will be good under your lighting though they may move higher up. I have a 250W mh on a 60gal and all my nems moved up to the top of the rock pile, even in my 34 gal. they stayed closer to the top.
